Sewer rehabilitation during operation is a big challenge.
Replacing the pipes in open design is often ruled out due to the long downtimes and the resulting dirt. Relining has proven as the most efficient method for pipe rehabilitation in industrial fields. The measure can be carried out line by line, so that downtimes are usually minimized to hours or even a few days. As no dirt and hardly any emissions are produced during the sewer rehabilitation with epoxy resins, a rehabilitation during operation is possible in most cases.
