When renovating defective pipes inside buildings, special requirements apply. For example, the cured liner must resist a heat-distortion temperature (HDT) of ≥ 93 °C according to DIN 75-2 and fulfill the building material class B2 according to DIN 4102 for fire protection.
lineTEC offers a range of liners and resins for in-house rehabilitation for nominal diameter from DN 50 to DN 200 (2” to 8”), bends up to 90° and changing diameter.
These liners and resins meet all requirements and have successfully passed the thermal shock test with more than 1000 cycles.
